Convivia Conference Hall is located within an independent building, immersed in the greenery surrounding the property, and can accommodate up to 250 guests in a theatre-style layout. The hall features dedicated areas for participants, including an outdoor cocktail bar, a foyer with a dedicated reception desk, a cloakroom and restrooms. It is ideal for hosting conferences and corporate events, thanks to its spacious, bright interiors and the covered outdoor veranda, perfect for standing lunches, coffee breaks and convivial moments.
Dedicated to the British writer Winston Churchill, who enjoyed spending his days here painting or smoking a cigar, the hall can accommodate up to 60 guests in a theatre-style layout.
Blending Liberty and Art Nouveau elements, this space captivates with its parquet flooring, wooden boiserie and decorated skylight. Of great historical and cultural value, the Churchill Hall also features a panoramic bow window overlooking the surrounding nature, today home to the only tea room in Syracuse.
Sumptuous and majestic, the Laudien Hall is the most impressive and grand hall of the palace, capable of accommodating up to 260 guests. Designed in a distinctive Neoclassical style, it captivates with its high coffered ceilings, crystal drop chandeliers, imposing columns and elegant furnishings. It is home to Ristorante Primavera and the breakfast room, both complemented by the adjacent Veranda Spring, where buffets, wedding banquets and large receptions can be arranged.
Latomie Hall pays tribute to the Greco-Roman archaeological site on which the hotel stands and can accommodate up to 150 guests in a theatre-style layout. Designed for study sessions or business meetings focused on tranquillity and privacy, the hall is characterised by a coffered wooden ceiling and effective ambient lighting provided by elegant wall sconces.
The Consul’s Hall is located on the first floor of the building, above the Convivia Conference Hall, and boasts an extraordinary panorama, being flanked by two lateral terraces overlooking the Latomie dei Cappuccini. With a ceiling height of 3.90 metres, the hall is particularly bright and airy and can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre-style setup.
Equipped with a central table, an LCD TV with Sky and Wi-Fi connectivity, the Akradina Room is accessible from the hotel foyer on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 10 guests for small meetings or business appointments. The space is intimate and elegant, characterised by marble flooring and warm tones that create a welcoming atmosphere.
The Latomie Terrace is an outdoor space immersed in the millennia-old nature of the Latomie Park, overlooking the ancient open-air theatre around which Villa Politi unfolds. Thanks to its generous size, it can accommodate up to 400 guests for prestigious private events, gala dinners, performances and grand wedding receptions.
