General Information

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

24 hours a day.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.

Where is the hotel and how can I reach it?

The hotel is located at Via Maria Politi 2, on the Latomie dei Cappuccini, in Syracuse, approximately 200 meters from the sea. It can be easily reacbed by car, taxi or bus from Catania airport or Syracuse train station.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, a free and spacious parking.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, there are three elevators serving all four floors of the hotel.

What accessibility features are available at the property?

An elevator is available to ensure access to the upper floors.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, small and medium-sized pets are allowed at no extra charge.

Do you offer a luggage storage service?

Yes.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

Air conditioning, soundproofing, Simmons mattresses and comfortable pillows, complimentary courtesy set, bathtub or shower with bidet, towels, slippers, hairdryer, minibar, safe, wardrobe, cleaning set, telephone, Samsung flat-screen satellite TV (40’’ and 50’’), clothes hanger, wake-up service and room service. Some rooms feature a balcony with a view, others a window.

Is a city tax required?

Yes, it amounts to 4% of the net B&B rate per person per night, up to a maximum of €5,00 per person per night (PPPPN).

What credit cards are accepted?

How does check-in work?

Welcome at the reception, ID registration, detailed information about the hotel, digital key delivery and presentation of the assigned room.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, subject to availability, upon payment of an additional fee.

Is a transfer service to/from the property available?

Yes, we collaborate with a taxi service providing transfers to/from Catania Airport, Syracuse FS train station and the main attractions of the city.

Are children allowed at the property?

Yes.

Does the property have access to a private beach?

No, however an external private solarium area is available approximately 200 meters from the property, with direct access to sea, upon payment of an additional fee.

Do you offer beach towels?

Yes, for an extra fee of €5.00 per towel, 80% of which is donated to charity.

What time is breakfast served?
