Ascending the majestic entrance staircase of the palace, guests are immediately welcomed into the splendid veranda of the Winston Lounge Bar, a space suspended in time, ideal for moments of pause and relaxation while enjoying an excellent aperitif or after-dinner drink, immersed in the magic of Villa Politi and in the panorama that enchanted Edmondo De Amicis during his stay.
The journey continues through the elegant foyer that houses the hotel lobby and leads to the refined halls framing our restaurant: the Churchill Hall, where the renowned British statesman once spent his days, and the Laudien Hall, which rises to a height of 11 metres, distinguished by its imposing columns and precious drop chandeliers.
These spaces, together with the Latomie Terrace and Veranda Primavera, reflect a Belle Époque inspiration, where Executive Chef Corrado Mazzara guides guests on a sensory journey through the flavours of Mediterranean tradition, expertly paired with outstanding Sicilian wines.
